Month-Of Coordination

Final Planning Support

  • Onboarding meeting 6–8 weeks before the wedding to review all plans

  • Development of a detailed day-of timeline and event flow

  • Creation of a venue layout / floor plan

  • Unlimited email communication from point of booking

  • Up to two virtual or in-person coordination meetings before the wedding day

Vendor Management

  • Confirm all vendor details and arrival times

  • Distribute final timeline and contact list to all vendors

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your vendor team on the day

  • Coordinate final walkthroughs or logistics meetings if needed

  • Review final invoices and outstanding payments with you

Rehearsal & Ceremony Coordination

  • Coordinate and lead the rehearsal (typically 1 hour)

  • Cue bridal party and key family members

  • Review ceremony order, music cues, and transitions

  • Ensure officiant and key players are aligned and supported

Day-Of Coordination

  • On-site coordinator for up to 10 hours on wedding day

  • Oversee vendor arrivals, setup, and adherence to design plan

  • Manage timeline and flow of events (from prep to last dance)

  • Troubleshoot issues discreetly and efficiently

  • Assist with styling small details: welcome table, signage, flat lays, etc.

  • Ensure all personal items and gifts are packed up at the end of the night
